The objects of the CIO are.
To further or benefit the residents of the parish
of Muggleswick and surrounding areas without
distinction of sex. sexual orientation, race or of
polikn'cal, religious or other opinions by
associating together the said residents and the
local authorities, voluntary and other
organisations in common effort to advance
education and to provide facilities in the
nterests of social welfare for recreation and
leisure time occupation with the object of
improving the conditions of life ft)r the residents.
In furtherance of these objects but not
otherwise, the trustees shall have power:
To establish or secure the establishment of a
parish hall and to maintain or manage or
cooperate with any statutory authority in the
maintenance and management of such a hall
for activities promoted by the charity in
fvrtherance of the above objects.

Muggleswick Parish Community Association
has been busy throughout the year with
numerous events held in the hall, as well as
annual fundraising events held by the
committee and the hall has been hired by third
parties. The annual events held by the
committ& included a summer fair and
Christmas coffee moming. Third parties
including various Air Cadet groups and colleges
have hired the hall. A social evening was held
in the hall following Muggleswick All Saints
Church harvest festival and carol servi￿. and
the committee held celebration for all
parishioners for the Coronab'on of King Charles

Throughout the year the committee has aimed
to promote our objectives of benefiting the
residents of Muggleswick and surrounding
areas and promote social welfare for
recreational activities with the objective of
improving the conditions of life for the residents.

promotion of the hire of the hall has ensured we
have successfully attracted a range of groups
and promoted the diversity of the area
