(i) To advance in life young people in the UK through the provision of opportunities and support for projects in Serbia with the object of raising the individual skills, capabilities and competencies of the volunteers to enable them to participate in society as mature and responsible citizens.

(iii) To advance the Christian faith in the UK and Serbia.
In planning activities for the year, the trustees reviewed the guidelines at our meetings. When presented, projects were evaluated against our objectives. Similarly in the review stages, they were evaluated against aims post-project.
Building Communities – To relieve people in Serbia who are in need by virtue of youth, financial hardship or social and economic disadvantage . The Christmas Legacy programme partners two families – one in the UK and one in Serbia. The food vouchers, as a gift, relieve the financial hardship of the Serbian family. This year we maintained again the partnerships established in 2017.

The focus of their development was on the planning and leadership of creative, well-being and team tasks. They curated a programme for single parent families – it focused on parenting, child development and holistic well-being.

Section D Achievements and erformance p
Summary of the main Challenges post-pandemic have continued to significantly impact our achievements of the charity volunteer capacity. Despite this, a core achievement was maintaining during the year established projects from 2022 – - Maintained regular donor enabling a sustained reserve amount in the accounts - Christmas Legacy project has maintained secure links and relationships between two communities. This vision has developed with different ways the families are contributing to one another.
In addition, we were able to launch a new project that was in the design phase for 2021-22. In the summer, we held our first Love Without Borders Family Retreat; in partnership with Serbian NGO A Place for Me . The postponed Scafell Pike fundraiser from 2022 was able to successfully run in July 2023 to partially fund the family retreat project.
Section E Financial review
