In setting the charty's objectives and planning its aclivities the Trustees have given careful consideration and ward to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit. However, the trustees budget to maintsin an infomial reseNe in the form of a balance on unrestricted funds of at least £1.000 in order to cover accountancy and other costs in the event of the chartty having to be wound up.
