The Foundation provides a year-round programme of personal
development training inspired by physical activty and belonging within
cricket for young people in East London who fulfilled criteria based on
social, educational (behavioural) and economic circumstances in the fomi
of an Academy for ages 11 to 18 based at Bridge Academy (a state
school in Hackney) and at Hackney Marshes.
In setting the charty's objectives and planning its aclivities the Trustees
have given careful consideration and ward to the guidance issued by
the Charity Commission on public benefit.

l The Foundation did not deliver any Academy sessions this year due to
the withdrawal of rts founding sponsor in 2019 and the ongoing failure to
Secu￿ any alternative funding.

Financial review
The charty does not have a fomial reserves policy. However, the
trustees budget to maintsin an infomial reseNe in the form of a balance
on unrestricted funds of at least £1.000 in order to cover accountancy
and other costs in the event of the chartty having to be wound up. At 31
March 2025 the Charity's balance on unrestricted funds was £1,380.65.
