Spade Mlll Bulldlng progressed again slowly to improve our existing building at our second venue at Spade Mill resefvoir nr. Preston. Achievements and Perf0MnCe The Associations aim 'to advance the education of Young People in all aspects of Tatersports' was achieved by a pro8rarnme of events during the year. Our annual programme of activities include:_ Managing and operating our dedicated water sports centres at Ashmoor (Blackburnl & Spade Mlll ILon8ri(el resefvoirs.
