period are:_
Flshmoor & Spade Mlll the Associations
venues day / evening activities, March to Oct
for small groups of YP to enjoy paddling and
sailing on vnter sessions.
Flshmoor Boathwse planning was again sl(
during the yeaT for an ambits'ous project to
provide a new boathouse and secure boat
storage at our Fishrnoor venue.
Spade Mlll Bulldlng progressed again slowly to
improve our existing building at our second
venue at Spade Mill resefvoir nr. Preston.

The Association relies entirely on members
v(Aunteering their time, mainly through the
LSSASailing Committee, to enable the running
of a varied annual pragramme of vRter sports.

Achievements and Perf0M￿nCe
The Associations aim 'to advance the
education of Young People in all aspects of
T*atersports' was achieved by a pro8rarnme of
events during the year. Our annual programme
of activities include:_
Managing and operating our dedicated water
sports centres at Ashmoor (Blackburnl &
Spade Mlll ILon8ri(*el resefvoirs. These
venues were open between March and Oct for
our members to allow small groups of Young
People IYPI to enjoy water activities e.g.
paddling and sailin&
New Ashmoor Boathouse fundraisiTrd during
2022123 did not progress further and remains
at £8.260 to be used t￿WardS planning and
building costs.
Spade Mlll 8ulldln8 no improvements were
completed during 2022123.
