BHCAG has four main priorities including supporting the health and well being of local people, supporting families in a variety of ways including tackling poverty to enable local people to prosper economically, socially, physically and mentally, providing access to opportunities at a local level to children and young people, and to promote a clean, green and safe environment.

Objects: 1) To Promote For The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Bushbury Hill And The Surrounding Area The Provision Of Facilities For Recreation Or Other Leisure Time Occupation Of Individuals Who Have Need Of Such Facilities By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disablement, Financial Hardship Or Social And Economic Circumstances Or For The Public At Large In The Interests Of Social Welfare And With The Object Of Improving The Condition Of Life Of The Said Inhabitants. 2) The Relief Of Those In Need, By Reason Of Youth, Age, Ill-Health, Disability, Financial Hardship Or Other Disadvantage.
