ACHIEVEMENT AND PERFORWCE: Young Stsrs Football First have continued to be affiliated with the Essex FA for the past 7 Y¢ars running. We registere416 (Six) of our teams in fi]11 participation in the Junior Football league for the 2021r2022 season, this w&s an Increase of two t¢am3 from the previous yeat when we registercd just 4 teams. This Wds a great acljievement as we continue to recover from the effect of the covid. We started off the se&8on well on the pitc1¥ we had over 130 young people participate in our projects with over 50 fi111 memberships. We were not able to organiz¢ any extra activities during th¢ year as il was increasingly hard to attract funding post covid. We also had to terniinate / stop srecific roles we couldn't afford to ke¢p. We r¢mained focus on th¢ most imwrLqnt part of why the organi72tion exists and ntinlled to pn)vide a safe place for young people in our community to congregate doing som¢thing ry)sitive. We also created a lot of opporttmitics for volunteers to learn new skills and give back to the conmnunity. ChArltable Aetfvities: As always we have made our activities inclusive and mad¢ our pric¢s affordable for local m¢mb¢r3 to join us. The nUmir of ch8ritsble activities we were able to get involved in remained cut drastically as the covid continu¢d to cause th¢ majority of the county io self isole. PlaTrTi• Football CIMb.. This program wasn't able to reslart due to lack of fimding available. The sport youth center will see the great mix of facilitics in the cenicr for y70uS mix of the general public to enjoy.
