The trustses consider that the activities and achievements in the area of interest that the charity supports demonstrate the benef to its beneficiaries and through them to the public. ection D Achievements and performance The hall has been used extensively throughout the year for weekly craft fairs, a village ball. children's parties and two weddings. A summer BBQ for village residents was held in the hall gardens which was successfully attended. Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year General expenses including Insurance, electricity was continued to be met. The Hall is also used by societies with links to William Morris for lectures. Ongoing maintenance of the hall continues. The kitchen and toilets have been repainted.
Section E Financial review Brief statement of the charity's pollcy on reserves It is the policy of this charity to hold in reserves the equivalent of one year's red and variable running costs and an amount to cover any unexpected major repairs. We have thus set aside a total reserve of £5,000. Trustees will review this policy at yearly intervals.
