Oxon SN7 7HW. The truscees have considered major risks and have 2 robust risk assessment policy in place to address fire safety and hall use. The trustees meet periodically and use a derailed building maintenance plan to manage the upkeep of the hall. The trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the chariry commission on public benefit. The charity provides a building and facilities for the many individu215 and organisations who use it. It is the hub of the village and the only communiry facility freely available for all to use. The weekly craft fairs have been run from April to October and they provide a steady income scream. The hall is in a good state of repair with only the replacement of the floor to be considered in the near future.
