Summary of the purposes of the charity as set out in its governing document	Para 1.17	The objects of the CIO are: 1) for the public benefit to relieve and assist the victims of war, conflict or natural disaster, throughout Europe, in particular by the provision of volunteers, funds, food, medical aid, accommodation, access to water and sanitation and other humanitarian assistance and raising awareness in the international world about the tragic effects of the continuing vulnerability of the refugees produced by war. 2) the prevention or relief of poverty or financial hardship of refugees, in particular, but without limitation, by providing persons in need with grants or money or by providing or paying for services, items or facilities.
Summary of the main activities in relation to those purposes for the public benefit, in particular, the activities, projects or services identified in the accounts.	Para 1.17 and 1.19	This financial year, the charity undertook only a few campaigns our biggest one being aid into Afghanistan. This was done in collaboration with the charity ‘The Green Village’ and was of the amount of £6800. This money was spent on providing food parcels, medical support and orphan support. This is in line with the trustee’s objective to raise funds to support those affected by war.

Summary of the main achievements of the charity, identifying the difference the charity’s work has made to the circumstances of its beneficiaries and any wider benefits to society as a whole.	Para 1.20	The charity organised one fundraising event in Oct 2021 - this was to raise awareness of the charity as well as raise funds for Afghanistan aid. On the night, merchandise including hoodies and wristbands were sold and all profits were added to the aid fund The charity in general was quiet this year with only one major campaign and another smaller campaign sending aid into slums in Pakistan. This was due to personal reasons including the loss of loved ones for our trustees. However, the trustees and volunteers remain committed to the work we are doing and plan to restart work over the next few months.
