Section D Achievements and performance
Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year
Shahporan Islamic Centre Bristol is recognised as one of the main Islamic Centre in Bristol and rated as an open, welcoming centre for all races, nationalities and gender. We arrange Children Madarassah 4 times a week. A regular weekly session is organised for women only. We invite prestigious scholar to religious talk and create an open atmosphere for all ages. We organise Children School Visit to Masjid as a part of interfaith harmony. We work closely with local police, local community centre and a part of Bristol Muslim Cultural Society. We host meetings of different organisations in our premises. Most importantly, English is the language of communication in Masjid to include younger British born Muslims in all activities. We are involved to support to local food centre. During this year, we have applied for planning permission for our new premises to meet the demands of Muslim community in this area.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31 / 07 / 2025.
Responsibilities and As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation basis of report of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Independent I have completed my examination. I confirm that no material matters have examiner's statement come to my attention (other than that disclosed below *) in connection with the examination which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect:
