Lockton employees nomlnate a Charlly of the Year and donatlons recelved are held as restrlcted funds then donated dSrectly to the nomlnated re8lstered charlty. Other donatlons recelved as unrestrlcted funds are donated to a range of charitable causes nomlnated by Lockton employees and governed and managed by the Trustees. Other sources of Income are through Glve As You Earn, Pennles from Heaven ènd the small lottery run by the Lockton Charlty. In addiilon. the Charlty Is supported by Lockton Companle5 LLP who provlde an annual donatlon and "In-klnd. support to asslst the Charity wlth its Beneral expenses and fesponsibllities to rneet Its charltable purposes. The Tru5tee5 are certaln that this funding Is sustalnable for ihe foreseeable future. Reserves Poll¢y The Trustees have consldered the requlrements for a reserves pollry based on its annual runnlng costs, whlch Is In Ilne wlth the followln8 years expense budget. The reserves pollcy has been reviewed durlng the financlal year and the Trustees conslder the value of the reserne remalns appropriate.
