Summary of the objects of the charity set out in its governing document
To support the needs of children and young people who have disabilities or special educational needs, their parents, carers and families in the Derbyshire area, in such ways as shall be thought fit. This includes promoting their voice and young people, promoting their inclusion and helping to support them to reach their full potential.

During the period 2021 through to 2022 we held several virtual events: PDA, IPSEA, home school transport workshop, preparing for adulthood workshop, First Aid and our AGM Meet the SEND Professional in Derbyshire with a total of 115 attendees. We carried out surveys to gain the views of parent carers, we carried out 5 surveys, 211 responses. Leading to participation and supporting the reopening of schools in Derbyshire.
We had 3438 parent carers have contributed their experiences of services to the forum during this year e.g. via virtual events, surveys, consultations and social media.

Section D Achievements and performance
Summary of the main We continue to be part of an ever increasing number of strategic achievements of the charity meetings, working with the local authority, health and other agencies during the year across the county. We share evidence from parent carer surveys and experiences of families across the county to support change.

From the funding during this financial year it was specified by the funder that this money was to be spent by the end of the financial year. Our bank account has surplus funds from previous money fundraising and donations.
