2020through to2021 has been a difficult year for all our families and a
new way ofcommunicating
was needed.
This took more time than
anticipated

Parent Carer Voice got the
hang ofworking differently
with parent carers.
We had an amazing
result from surveys as tobegin with this was a way
to find out how to support schools and families returning
to education
after the first lockdown.
Itgave more opportunity
to share the voices of
families with the decision makers at the local authority
and gave a voice
to the health services for parent carers too. Through surveys alone we
evidenced 1093views ofparent carers views across the year, through
this medium
alone.
Summary ofthe main
activities undertaken for the We held virtual workshops
for parent carers to share views and gain
public benefit in relation to knowledge,
we held PDA sessions, Sibs workshop, a sensory processing
