| 2020through to2021 has been a difficult year for all our families and a | ||||
|---|---|---|---|---|
| new way ofcommunicating was needed. This took more time than |
| anticipated but after September Derbyshire Parent Carer Voice got the |

| hang ofworking differently with parent carers. |
| We had an amazing result from surveys as tobegin with this was a way |

| after the first lockdown. Itgave more opportunity to share the voices of |
| families with the decision makers at the local authority and gave a voice |
| to the health services for parent carers too. Through surveys alone we | ||||
| evidenced 1093views ofparent carers views across the year, through | ||||
| this medium alone. |
