Small steps is a charity that supports and helps educate families expecting a child or families/carers with a child with a diagnosis of Down syndrome.We have weekly meetings where we explore sensory play, learn sign language, do craft activities and support each other.We have a monthly meeting for children of school age. This group learns life skills, builds friendships, and essential support.

Objects: To Relieve The Need Of Children And Young People With Down’s Syndrome By:-1.providing A Happy And Secure Environment Which Meets Their Emotional, Social, Health, Educational And Communicational Needs;2.striving For Equality And Inclusion In All Aspects Of Their Lives And Ensuring That They Are Able To Make A Positive Contribution To The Society In Which They Live; And3.ensuring That All Who Are Involved With The Child And Young Person’s Environment, Care, Support And Education Are Themselves Fully Informed And Supported.
