Section D Achievements and performance The charity has been called upon a number of times to assist Kent Poli￿ and Kent Search and rescue by providing both logistical support and transporting search members to hard to reach locations. This service has been invaluable allowing KSAR teams to arrive as fresh as possible to locations to undertake vital search work. The services provided by SE4x4R have benefited the KSAR teams on several suc￿Ssful searches throughout the county of Kent. Summary of the main achlevements of the charlty during the year SE4x4R has also been asked by several other charitsble organisations as well as Kent and Medway County Council to aid in Road Glosures and providing key individuals a location to ensure public safety during events. In some instances, these events would not have taken place if it wasn't for SE4x4R assistance. Additionally, SE4X4R has been called upon by Kent police to assist in road clearance, traffic assistance and providing accessible means of transport. TAR March 2012

Independent Examiner's Report to the Trustees of South East 4x4 Response Year ended 31 March 2024 I report on the financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2024, which comprise the ststement of financial activities, statement of financial position and the related notes. Respective responsibilities of trustees and examiner The trustees are responsible for the preparation of the financial statements. The trustees consider that an audit is not required for this year under section 144(2) of the Charities Act 2011 (the 2011 Act) and that an independent examination is needed. It is my responsibility to: examine the accounts under section 145 of the 2011 Act., to follow the procedures laid down in the general Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5){b) of the 2011 Act-, and to state whether particular matters have come to my attention. Basis of independent examinerfs report My examination was carried out in accordance with the general Directions given by the Charity Commission. An examination includes a review of the accounting records kept by the charity and a comparison of the accounts presented with those records. It also includes consideration of any unusual items or disclosures in the accounts and seeking explanations from you as trustees concerning any such matters.
