The loft spaces at both ends of the building are now let, At one end for 9 months the Chichester Information Shop for Young People, who provided a complementary activity to that of the Boys Club. This was succeeded by the Apuldram Hub that provides activities for young adults with learning difficulties. At the other end there is a purely commercial acidity, an electrolysis clinic
The extra income from the rents is applied to meeting the core objectives. This parallels the income derived from the use of the Boys’ Club by community groups. This offering is much valued by the users that meet during the school day.
The façade of the building now displays pictures of the various activities so that the public are made more aware of the objects of the charity.
