1 17and In order toachieve the objects, the charity has
spent the year refining
its enrichment
provision.
Further to last year's activities and in accordance
with the TAR submission
for2020, the charity
successfully
prepared
forthe expansion
ofits
flagship training
programme,
Inspire to begin
delivery toout ofschool settings
in the East
London borough of Barking and Dagenham.
However,
plans to roll out the programme
in
partnership
with community
and youth
orgsnisations,
as well as with Further Education
institutions,
were suspended
due tothe onset of
the global coronavirus
pandemic. The charity did
nonetheless
respond tothe challenges ofCovid-
19with the launch
ofa new workforce
development
programme
called Bridging the
Gap. This was successfully
piloted as8socially
distant enrichment
programme.
