Para 1.20 of stationeries. We are now helping
schools from north to south of Senegal
(not only in Medina).
- We offered the stationery to 4500
students registered in 14 schools. More
than 35,000 notebooks and pens have
been offered. We had a special guest
named Khalilou Fadiga who used to
play for Auxerre in France, he is also
former player of the Senegalese football
team. He was with us to donate the
stationeries to the students. He also
took the opportunity to send good
advice to the student.
- We signed a partnership with a
national school dedicated to disabled
children. They recognised our
continuous effort over the past years
and agreed for our charity to be an
ambassador of those disabled kids. We
do offer them wheelchairs, stationeries
and others equipment.
- In addition to the donation of
stationeries, we started a sponsoring
program dedicated to the 22 top

the primary school’s final exam. With the sponsoring program, we are getting very close to the family, and we need to share with the sponsor, all results from the student exam. If the student is doing well on a specific subject, we will try to understand the root cause and speak to their parent to ensure they can progress. We renew the sponsoring fees only if the student managed to get a minimum of 12/10 at the end of the year. Financial Review

----- Start of picture text -----
Review of the charity’s Para 1.21 At the end of each period, the trustees
financial position at the end will review all the expense and income,
of the period analyse and understand the time of the
year where income are higher and take
strategic decision to limit the charity
financial cost. We have now built an
internal dashboard which allow quick
decision making. The dashboard helps
us to understand what activity cost us
more, why, and when (which month) do
we spend more money out, do we
receive more money in.
All financial documents are available to
all charity trustees via a shared drive
that is accessible online. Our
accounting team who validate all
expenses will present to the trustees the
financial situation during the monthly
charity meeting. This is how we manage
the progress of our fundraising to
ensure we will have enough money to
cover all our donation.
Statement explaining the Para 1.22 All decisions are always being based on
policy for holding reserves data driven analysis, discussed and
stating why they are held agreed to ensure the charity will follow
the right direction. we started with one
school in 2015, and we are now helping
14 schools. Most of the schools were in
the same area, in the capital but actions
are now expanded to others areas of the
countries. Our target for 2025, is to help
at least one school in each region of the
country. We are targeting a national
coverage.
