He was with us to donate the**<br>**stationeries to the students. He also**<br>**took the opportunity to send good**<br>**advice to the student.**<br>**- We signed a partnership with a**<br>**national school dedicated to disabled**<br>**children. They recognised our**<br>**continuous effort over the past years**<br>**and agreed for our charity to be an**<br>**ambassador of those disabled kids. We**<br>**do offer them wheelchairs, stationeries**<br>**and others equipment.**<br>**- In addition to the donation of**<br>**stationeries, we started a sponsoring**<br>**program dedicated to the 22 top**<br>**students of the 14 primary schools.**<br>**Each student received the equivalent of**<br>**EUR 100 to cover their scholarship fees**<br>**and stationaries for the next level after**|

**the primary school’s final exam. With the sponsoring program, we are getting very close to the family, and we need to share with the sponsor, all results from the student exam. If the student is doing well on a specific subject, we will try to understand the root cause and speak to their parent to ensure they can progress. We renew the sponsoring fees only if the student managed to get a minimum of 12/10 at the end of the year. A contract is signed between the charity, the family and the sponsor to ensure the relation goes smoothly. - we have now 3 local online newspaper companies, that published most of our actions for a better visibility. They are called, Medina TV, Dak Medina and Medina Actu. -  we have donated COVID 19 protection to 4 schools: hand sanitiser, face mask etc. - donation of Printer and ink to 3 schools. - We signed a new partnership with a company named Sabadola gold based in Senegal and company named Accenture in France. - we renewed the partnership with the international company named BIC. Review of the charity’s  Para 1.21  At the end of each period, the trustees<br>financial position at the end  will review all the expense and income,<br>of the period  analyse and understand the time of the<br>year where income are higher and take<br>strategic decision to limit the charity<br>financial cost. We have now built an<br>internal dashboard which allow quick<br>decision making. The dashboard helps<br>us to understand what activity cost us<br>more, why, and when (which month) do<br>we spend more money out, do we<br>receive more money in.<br>All financial documents are available to<br>all charity trustees via a shared drive<br>that is accessible online. Our<br>accounting team who validate all<br>expenses will present to the trustees the<br>financial situation during the monthly<br>charity meeting. This is how we manage<br>the progress of our fundraising to<br>ensure we will have enough money to<br>cover all our donation.<br>Statement explaining the  Para 1.22  All decisions are always being based on<br>policy for holding reserves  data driven analysis, discussed and<br>stating why they are held  agreed to ensure the charity will follow<br>the right direction. we started with one<br>school in 2015, and we are now helping<br>14 schools.
