Fund-raising
We have a small number of supporters
giving by standing order or one-off but
regular donations; one-off individual
donations; annual donations from two
churches; one grant; and Gift Aid. A
special campaign was run at Christmas
to increase funding for food parcels.
We have given presentations of the
work of the Project in churches and
private homes.
Trustee meetings
The trustees have had due regard to
the commission’s public benefit
guidance when exercising any powers
or duties to which the guidance is
relevant.
The trustees met four times during the
period. The Management Team receive
quarterly account summaries from the
treasurer. We monitored the new house
funded and built this year. We have an
accountant who reviews the accounts
annually on an informal basis, and
without charge. This year’s accounts
will require an independent
examination.

We held our AGM in October 2020.
