Section C Objectives and activities The objects of the CIO are to advance health for the public benefit: (i) through the training of existing and future health professionals who wish to specialise in the field of health visiting, by making grants to such individuals; and Summary of the objects of the charity set out in its governing document (li) by supporting projects and those who promote the issues prevalent in the postnatal period, by making grants to such individuals, groups or organisations, or creating our own projects to do such The intended beneficiaries are those members of the public residing in the followtng North Wates local authority areas: Conwy County Borough Council, Gwynedd Council, Isle of Anglesey County Council, Flintshire County Council, Denbighshire County Council and Wrexham County Borough Council. Summary of the main activities undertaken for the public benefit in relation to these objects (include within this section the ststutory declaration that trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit) 2024 was a quiet year for the Foundation as we remain fairly dormant currently. The Baby Club has established itself as a much loved local service for new Mums in Llandudno Junction and we thank Annwen and Rebecca for setting this up.
