The objects of the CIO are to advance health for the public benefit:
(i)
through the training of existing and future health professionals who
wish to specialise in the field of health visiting, by making grants to such
individuals; and
(ii)
by supporting projects and those who promote the issues
prevalent in the postnatal period, by making grants to such individuals,
groups or organisations, or creating our own projects to do such
The intended beneficiaries are those members of the public residing in the
following North Wales local authority areas: Conwy County Borough
Council, Gwynedd Council, Isle of Anglesey County Council, Flintshire
County Council, Denbighshire County Council and Wrexham County
Borough Council.
2022 was a quiet year for the Foundation as we remain fairly dormant
currently.
