A virtual Annual General Meeting and trustees’ meeting was held on 15 November 2025 . The trustees in attendance were Chip Somers, Lisa Climie-Somers, and Christian Geelmuyden. At that meeting the trustees unanimously approved the accounts and resolved that the charity should be closed and formally wound up.

Note 26 – Event after the end of the reporting period
A virtual AGM and trustees’ meeting was held on 15 November 2025 . The trustees unanimously agreed that it was no longer practical or sustainable for the charity to continue operating and resolved that the charity should be closed and formally wound up.
Note 29 – Additional Disclosures
For the financial year ended 31 March 2025, the charity had no income and no expenditure. The remaining unrestricted balance of £100 will be transferred to Narcotics Anonymous UK. The trustees confirm there are no outstanding liabilities or commitments.
Charity Commission Closure Statement
The trustees request that the charity be removed from the Register of Charities. The charity has ceased operations. Remaining funds of £100 are designated for transfer to Narcotics Anonymous UK.
