## **Trustees’ Meeting and Virtual AGM** 

A virtual Annual General Meeting and trustees’ meeting was held on **15 November 2025** . The trustees in attendance were Chip Somers, Lisa Climie-Somers, and Christian Geelmuyden. At that meeting the trustees unanimously approved the accounts and resolved that the charity should be closed and formally wound up.

## **Note 26 – Event after the end of the reporting period** 

A virtual AGM and trustees’ meeting was held on **15 November 2025** . The trustees unanimously agreed that it was no longer practical or sustainable for the charity to continue operating and resolved that the charity should be closed and formally wound up. 

## **Note 29 – Additional Disclosures** 

For the financial year ended 31 March 2025, the charity had no income and no expenditure. The remaining unrestricted balance of **£100** will be transferred to Narcotics Anonymous UK. The trustees confirm there are no outstanding liabilities or commitments. 

## **Charity Commission Closure Statement** 

The trustees request that the charity be removed from the Register of Charities. The charity has ceased operations. Remaining funds of £100 are designated for transfer to Narcotics Anonymous UK.
