Achievements and Performance

SORP reference
Summary of the main
achievements of the charity,
identifying the difference the
charity’s work has made to
the circumstances of its
beneficiaries and any wider
benefits to society as a
whole.
Para 1.20 We were initially frustrated by Lincolnshire
and Humberside Police not calling us out
on searches. We spoke to other teams and
they recalled having similar difficulties
when they first started but once they were
called the number of calls increased. We
have been involved in 8 callouts in the
report period but all 8 have been since
November 2022. We have been put on
standby many more times but were stood
down as the MisPer was found before we
deployed. Incidents have been for
Lincolnshire (1), Assisting NottsSAR (5),
NorthantsSAR (1), Humberside (1).
Callouts to search or be on standby are
once a week on average at the moment.
We have spent a total of 619:45 Man Hours
searching.
Trainingoccurs twice a month. We have
logged 904 Man Hours of training and
exercise during this report period plus two
2-trail day workshops.
Eventsincluding fund raising, attending
courses, meetings with PolSA’s,
recruitment day and volunteer events and
senior management team meetings. We
have undertaken presentations to various
Community Groups around Lincolnshire to
raise our profile. We have guided two walks
with Age UK recently.

Events total 259:15 Man Hours. We have links with Lincolnshire and Humberside Resilience Forums to help out in an emergency. With have links with Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue to train and operate with them in the future. We have regular Senior Management Team meetings.

Achievements against
objectives set
Para 1.41 We are being called out to search or put on
standby more frequently recently.
We have recruited 10 more volunteers.
Our two vehicles were sold. One failed its

too large and difficult to drive. We sold
them for a total of £6,355 which is more
than was paid for them.
Performance of fundraising
activities against objectives
set
Para 1.41 We had no specific objective in terms of a
target amount to raise but income from
events, grants/donations and collection tins
raised £7,135. This with team membership
and funds from previous year totalled
£38,694.66. We were able to purchase new
digital radios, PPE(clothing), equipment for
Bank Searching and Medical.
