We now have two<br>team leaders, two search planners, one<br>operational manager and one TAQA. All<br>members are volunteers.|

|Summary of the main<br>achievements of the charity,<br>identifying the difference the<br>charity’s work has made to<br>the circumstances of its<br>beneficiaries and any wider<br>benefits to society as a<br>whole.|Para 1.20||We were initially frustrated by Lincolnshire<br>and Humberside Police not calling us out<br>on searches. We spoke to other teams and<br>they recalled having similar difficulties<br>when they first started but once they were<br>called the number of calls increased. We<br>have been involved in 8 callouts in the<br>report period but all 8 have been since<br>November 2022. We have been put on<br>standby many more times but were stood<br>down as the MisPer was found before we<br>deployed. Incidents have been for<br>Lincolnshire (1), Assisting NottsSAR (5),<br>NorthantsSAR (1), Humberside (1).<br>Callouts to search or be on standby are<br>once a week on average at the moment.<br>We have spent a total of 619:45 Man Hours<br>searching.<br>Trainingoccurs twice a month. We have<br>logged 904 Man Hours of training and<br>exercise during this report period plus two<br>2-trail day workshops.<br>Eventsincluding fund raising, attending<br>courses, meetings with PolSA’s,<br>recruitment day and volunteer events and<br>senior management team meetings. We<br>have undertaken presentations to various<br>Community Groups around Lincolnshire to<br>raise our profile. We have guided two walks<br>with Age UK recently.|





Events  total 259:15 Man Hours. We have links with Lincolnshire and Humberside Resilience Forums to help out in an emergency. With have links with Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue to train and operate with them in the future. We have regular Senior Management Team meetings.
