To Promote National And International Conflict Resolution And Reconciliation For The Public Benefit With A View To Saving Lives And Relieving Suffering And Distress Including By (But Not Limited To) The Following Means: (A) Promoting The Careful Recording Of Casualties And Providing Technical Advice On The Methodology And Practice Of Casualty Recording;(b) Research Into Any Aspect Of The Recording Of Casualties Resulting From Armed Violence, Including Its Practice, Procedures, Development And Impacts;(c) Raising Awareness Of And Promoting Support For The Careful Recording Of Casualties.provided That All Activities Shall Be Balanced And Shall Maintain Or Enhance The Charity’s Commitment To Remaining Impartial.
