They are made up of experts and people with valuable experience in healthcare, charitie5, markel research, business, education and the developing world. They are made up of the market research experts who had the vision lo and passion to realise the need to operate wlhin a Nol-For-Profil selling, ensuring that the research and public purpose goals of the development sector and put first. Induction and training of new trustees Induction rnaterial include$'. the charity, s goveming ¢Yocumenl. in addition to account$. wwth explanatory material where necessary, and recent minute5 of trustee meetings. All trustees, as part of their induction. should receive an "induction pack" containing a copy of the Charity's key documents lusually the charty's goveming document, latest sel of annu81 accounts and copies of minutes from previous meelingsl accompanied by an explanation of their purpose and effect. Rlsk management The Iruslees have a duty lo identify and review the risks to which the charity is exposed and to ensure appropriate controls are in place lo provide reasonable assurance against fraud and error.
