Para 1.20 In 2020-2021, the activities of the Get
Exploring Trust charity were halted due to
the Covid-19 pandemic. During this time,
many countries implemented measures
such as lockdowns and social distancing to
slow the spread of the virus. These
measures impacted the charity's ability to
carry out its usual activities, such as
funding group and individual trips and
expeditions to the outdoors, which were
limited or suspended to comply with health
and safety guidelines. Additionally, the
financial impact of the pandemic also
affected the charity's funding, making it
more challenging for us to carry out their
activities.
No grants and minimal fundraising took
place during the reporting period.
