Morden Education & Cultural Centre is being established to provide supplemenlary education, place and materials in Morden aiea foi young people who are struggling in formal education due lo language barrier. Oui volunteer leachers provide homework support and rnaterials to Ihose are in ne&J of supplementsry study support. Hall and Rooms.. Our hall and meeling rooms are available for use ty local groups and organisalions. This year alone Ihe faalilies have been used by groups as varied as Ihe local kafe club and the local chess dub. Local ¢liaritiès are encouraged to make use of our rneeting rooms. and ho$t surgeries with both I(al Counci11015 and the MP for Morden. Mhen facilities are not requi for community use they are available for hire on commercial terms. Section D Achievements and performance Summary of the maln achlevements of the charlty during the ygar Volunteers are an important resOl*r in community Work. This year our Charity has achieved to reach over 500 Turkish speaking people in Morden and surrounding cities. This helped us in¢rease our number ol volunleers then helped us organise 8nd conduct more ¢haritae and fund-raising activities than last year. I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31 March 2023.
