Supporting young people making the transition from the care system into independence.

Objects: (1) To Advance In Life And Help Young Or Vulnerable People Who Have Had Difficulties In Their Lives, And In Particular Those Who Have Left Or Are About To Leave Public Care Through:(a) The Provision Of A Day Facility For Training And Supporting Beneficiaries In Acquiring Social And Life Skills, Enabling Them To Deal Confidently With Independent Living And Thus Building Their Self-Esteem.(b) Providing Practical Training In Living Sustainably And Respecting The Environment, As Well As The Promotion Of A Work Ethic.(c) Encouraging Beneficiaries To Take Part In Activities Which Promote Confidence And Self-Worth.(d) Providing Activities In The Interests Of Social Welfare For People Who Have Need By Reason Of Their Youth, Age, Infirmity Or Disability, Poverty Or Social And Economic Circumstances With A View To Improving The Conditions Of Life Of Such Persons.(2) The Relief Of Need Of Individuals Who Are In Or Have Been In Foster Care In Particular By The Provision Of Ongoing Advice And Support.
