The local authority secureé a nearby hotel to house people and by the end of the first weekend over 70 people had been accomrnodate¢ there. Our team worked with the countll and our partners on a to-ofditlated plan to support pèople placéd in thè hotèl and Providè 24-hour, seven day a week support. The lead counsellor Otls Carey dellvers 12 sesslons per week for people Twho would not usually be able to access counselllng or have barriers accesslng mainstream servfjces.
