The Young Brent Foundation [YBF] is a membership, infrastructure support organisation, focused on Brent youngpeople, supporting the VCS, not-for-profit and social enterprises and has five headline priorities Venue Bank, SmallGrants, revenue generation for the sector and capacity support to ensure contract / grant readiness and collaboration and networking to develop cross sector working.
Objects: 1. The Promotion Of The Efficiency And Effectiveness Of Charities And The Effective Use Of Charitable Resources For The Benefit Of The Public By Providing Support, Advice And Training To Charities And Through Assisting Non-Charitable Organisations To Directly Further A Charitable Purpose.2. To Advance In Life And Relieve The Needs Of Young People Through Making Grants To Organisations That Do Any Or All Of The Following: - The Provision Of Recreational And Leisure Time Activities Provided In The Interest Of Social Welfare, Designed To Improve Their Conditions Of Life;- Providing Support And Activities Which Develop Their Skills, Capacities And Capabilities To Enable Them To Participate In Society As Mature And Responsible Individuals.
