| Wishaw Lane | Lease remains outstanding from Bham Council – this has been held up due to: Bham Council have submited a variaton to the lease to remove need for plantng trees as part of landscaping – we must stll complete these works and we are receiving a donaton of saplings from The Woodland Trust to complete soon. Antcipated lease completon December 2022. |
DC will advise when lease completed. |
| Charity Governance | 1. DC advised that he had applied for drinks licence for Wishaw Lane – 7 days a week 12pm-1am. Members only. Proposed licensee Sam Goddard (nephew of DC) who also runs Prince of Wales pub Moseley. Applicaton remains outstanding. 2. SS advised that online training for fnancial ofcers is recommended – Muckle Andrews who are recommended by FA ofer a free FA-related course. 3. PB mentoned mini league manager who would be keen to take on Club Ofcer/Trustee role. His leter had been previously circulated. 4. General discussion on how we might increase club supporter member involvement. All agreed that a tournament/open day later would be helpful (but not likely untl 2023). SN confrmed that he hadn’t had a manager meetng since Covid lockdowns and currently did not have a contact list (DC has copy.) SS/PB agreed to try and engage parents at mini- league training – tentatvely suggested having a ’sign-up’ table 5thOct (Bishop Walsh) and 8thOctober (Wishaw Lane.) Ofer volunteer specifc roles to helpencourage take up. |
SS advised that the licence applicaton should have been referred to Trustees beforehand. SS to circulate online training details. SN will organise a manager meetng. SS/PB to fnalise arrangements to engage parents at mini-league training. All to look at potental volunteer tasks. |

| Financial Report | defaults. DC advised his intenton is to preclude players with more than 3 months and de-register. He has considered whether we could ofer an ofset against fees for help on sortng fnances by a volunteer member. 2. Reserve indicated of £9K. 3. DC suggested the licensing of Club could help on increasing revenue as premises would be available for individual hire. 4. PB ran a tournament August 2022 which raised an additonal £200. 5. Martn Bown has signed of accounts for AGM. Income £6,500 but £9,200 defcit(?)Stll £2300 to be chased. |

| Health and Safety | 1. H&S tasks to be prioritsed – implicatons for all Trustees if not completed. 2. Fire Risk Assessment for all premises required (Wishaw Lane and Shrubbery Close) – DC advised he has completed Fire Risk Assessment for Wishaw Lane and would circulate. All to note – pre-requisite for use of premises. SS had prepared spreadsheet addressing various tasks prior to occupaton of ‘Wishaw Lane Requirements’ (PM has copy.) DC was about to engage reactve maintenance with Capital (contractors.) |

| AOB – Consttuton and roles | 1. SS raised that there is a confict of roles with DC. All agreed he had too many tasks but there had been no ofers of help on Finances, Player management, health and safety. PM also required assistance on premises tasks. General discussion on how we take this forward. |
Essental to look at Consttuton rules on number of roles held and conficts of interest. Due diligence is required on any interests of additonal partes (PB). |

Annual Accounts for the year ending 31 May 2023
Whilst we have not been appointed as auditors of Sportsco Football Club, and consequently have not performed an audit of the financial accounts for the year ending 31 May 2023, we have completed an independent review of the accounts.
It is our opinion that the accounts reflect an accurate representation of the financial position of the football club at the above date.
