|Wishaw Lane|Lease remains outstanding from Bham Council – this has been held<br>up due to:<br>Bham Council have submited a variaton to the lease to remove need<br>for plantng trees as part of landscaping – we must stll complete<br>these works and we are receiving a donaton of saplings from The<br>Woodland Trust to complete soon.<br>Antcipated lease completon December 2022.|DC will advise when lease<br>completed.|
|Charity Governance|1.<br>DC advised that he had applied for drinks licence for Wishaw<br>Lane – 7 days a week 12pm-1am.  Members only.  Proposed<br>licensee Sam Goddard (nephew of DC) who also runs Prince<br>of Wales pub Moseley.  Applicaton remains outstanding.<br>2.<br>SS advised that online training for fnancial ofcers is<br>recommended – Muckle Andrews who are recommended by<br>FA ofer a free FA-related course.<br>3.<br>PB mentoned mini league manager who would be keen to<br>take on Club Ofcer/Trustee role.  His leter had been<br>previously circulated.<br>4.<br>General discussion on how we might increase club supporter<br>member involvement. All agreed that a tournament/open<br>day later would be helpful (but not likely untl 2023).  SN<br>confrmed that he hadn’t had a manager meetng since Covid<br>lockdowns and currently did not have a contact list (DC has<br>copy.)  SS/PB agreed to try and engage parents at mini-<br>league training – tentatvely suggested having a ’sign-up’<br>table 5thOct (Bishop Walsh) and 8thOctober (Wishaw Lane.)<br>Ofer volunteer specifc roles to helpencourage take up.|SS advised that the licence<br>applicaton should have been<br>referred to Trustees beforehand.<br>SS to circulate online training<br>details.<br>SN will organise a manager<br>meetng.<br>SS/PB to fnalise arrangements to<br>engage parents at mini-league<br>training.<br>All to look at potental volunteer<br>tasks.|

|Financial Report|defaults.  DC advised his intenton is to preclude players with<br>more than 3 months and de-register.  He has considered<br>whether we could ofer an ofset against fees for help on<br>sortng fnances by a volunteer member.<br>2.<br>Reserve indicated of £9K.<br>3.<br>DC suggested the licensing of Club could help on increasing<br>revenue as premises would be available for individual hire.<br>4.<br>PB ran a tournament August 2022 which raised an additonal<br>£200.<br>5.<br>Martn Bown has signed of accounts for AGM.  Income<br>£6,500 but £9,200 defcit(?)Stll £2300 to be chased.||

|Health and Safety|1.<br>H&S tasks to be prioritsed – implicatons for all Trustees if<br>not completed.<br>2.<br>Fire Risk Assessment for all premises required (Wishaw Lane<br>and Shrubbery Close) – DC advised he has completed Fire<br>Risk Assessment for Wishaw Lane and would circulate.  All to<br>note – pre-requisite for use of premises.<br>SS had prepared spreadsheet addressing various tasks prior<br>to occupaton of ‘Wishaw Lane Requirements’ (PM has copy.)<br>DC was about to engage reactve maintenance with Capital<br>(contractors.)||
|AOB – Consttuton and roles|1.<br>SS raised that there is a confict of roles with DC.  All agreed<br>he had too many tasks but there had been no ofers of help<br>on Finances, Player management, health and safety.  PM also<br>required assistance on premises tasks.  General discussion on<br>how we take this forward.|Essental to look at<br>Consttuton rules on number<br>of roles held and conficts of<br>interest.<br>Due diligence is required on<br>any interests of additonal<br>partes (PB).|
