Wishaw Lane Lease remains outstanding from Bham Council – this has been held DC will advise when lease
up due to: completed.
Bham Council have submitted a variation to the lease to remove need
for planting trees as part of landscaping – we must still complete
these works and we are receiving a donation of saplings from The
Woodland Trust to complete soon.
Anticipated lease completion December 2022.
Charity Governance 1. DC advised that he had applied for drinks licence for Wishaw SS advised that the licence

volunteer specific roles to help encourage take up.
1. Players fees increased to £30pm but there is still a number of Full report at AGM

whether we could offer an offset against fees for help on
sorting finances by a volunteer member.

4. PB ran a tournament August 2022 which raised an additional
£200.
5. Martin Bown has signed off accounts for AGM. Income
£6,500 but £9,200 deficit (?) Still £2300 to be chased.
Health and Safety 1. H&S tasks to be prioritised – implications for all Trustees if
not completed.
2. Fire Risk Assessment for all premises required (Wishaw Lane
and Shrubbery Close) – DC advised he has completed Fire
Risk Assessment for Wishaw Lane and would circulate. All to
note – pre-requisite for use of premises.
SS had prepared spreadsheet addressing various tasks prior
to occupation of ‘Wishaw Lane Requirements’ (PM has copy.)
DC was about to engage reactive maintenance with Capital
(contractors.)
AOB – Constitution and roles 1. SS raised that there is a conflict of roles with DC. All agreed Essential to look at

Annual Accounts for the year ending 31 May 2022
Whilst we have not been appointed as auditors of Sportsco Football Club, and consequently have not performed an audit of the financial accounts for the year ending 31 May 2022, we have completed an independent review of the accounts.
It is our opinion that the accounts reflect an accurate representation of the financial position of the football club.
