Para 1.20 | Sport and leisure activities have been badly during 2020-21 by the Covid pandemic. Revenue was cut and lease hire was reduced to enable community groups to survive financially. The Penkridge Sports and Recreation Centre Monckton has a significant part to play in the recovery from the Covid pandemic. The committee has been active in supportin adults and children back to playing sport and meeting socially and safely under covid regulations. During the first wave of the pandemic, the tennis courts were well used. There was also an outdoor circuit set up. |
