Outreach, evangeltsm. and befriending of tho communlty began and an official church trust wao established wllh the fomiatlon of the charilable Incorporated organl8ation on the 4th Februory 2018. Neil started supportlng residents from three locally supported housing unlts In Moulsecoomb during lockdowns. Sabbatical.. Neil and Jfjs8 Hlllon had 8 Sabbatical break from thelr durlng part of 2025. The charity's lease for the use of the premis0$ at the Hillvlaw Centre ended in early 2026. The church spent significant time and effort In 2025 tn find a new location for it8 3ctivilEs vknlch would be affordable for the tharity. however no such location was identified.
