Summary of the purposes of the charity as set out in its governing document	Para 1.17	To facilitate access to the arts without limitation in the areas of drama,mime,dance,singing,music,writing,film and additional digital media in Cornwall and Devon.With a particular focus for individuals with learning, physical and or sensory impairments and or mental disabilities, parents, siblings, carers and wider general public.
Summary of the main activities in relation to those purposes for the public benefit, in particular, the activities, projects or services nefit the wider publicidentified in the accounts.	Para 1.17 and 1.19	During 2020 the company has focused on maintaining communication and supporting members and families who are at times very isolated.Our company Practitioner Charlotte Kransmo has delivered a range of activity packs, sessions via zoom, one to one sessions when restrictions allowed, to enable individuals to connect with the arts.This culminated in a short film at He end of the year which each individual contributed **to and was then supported to access. **
Statement confirming whether the trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit	Para 1.18	The trustees have continued to work to benefit the wider public by promoting education, health and well being of company members and their families, promoting social inclusion and striving to combat isolation through this difficult year.

Contribution made by volunteers	Para 1.38	2020 has meant the volunteers working alongside Charlotte to support by means of zoom, and other technologies.Far more frequent meetings were set up to support this and support has been given to enable funding to be applied for to **continue the workof the company. **

Para 1.20	The charity has enabled company members to keep connected with the arts and to feel less isolated in this difficult year. This support has benefited individuals and their wider families and contributed to maintain people’s health and well being physically, mentally and emotionally.

Achievements against objectives set	Para 1.41	Our objectives for the year dramatically changed as it became apparent we would have to work in a completely different way to offer access to the Arts and to continue to support company members through a difficult time. We focused on keeping communication open and offering opportunities for people to engage by use of various means, creative packs by list, regular phone contact and postcards.This proved very welcome and valuable at keeping people in touch with each other and for families as support as well, individuals were less isolated from friends.Video sessions, zoom and when and where possible one to one sessions in gardens and outdoor space were organised to enable individuals to maintain their links.Families and careers have let us know how important this

		input has been and so our objectives for the year were maintained and met allowing us to look to the future and prepare for the company being able to physically meet again.
Performance of fundraising activities against objectives set	Para 1.41	Arts Council Funding was applied for and received which enabled the company to continue paying the practitioner and deliver activities throughout the year.YAPP funding concluded this year but enable the group to fund administration and core costs. Cornwall Community Fund money has enabled the company to fund a Creative Enabler to support the Practitioner which enables more time for individual sessions.
