We focused on**<br>**keeping communication open and**<br>**offering opportunities for people to**<br>**engage by use of various means, creative**<br>**packs by list, regular phone contact and**<br>**postcards.This proved very welcome and**<br>**valuable at keeping people in touch with**<br>**each other and for families as support as**<br>**well, individuals were less isolated from**<br>**friends.Video sessions, zoom and when**<br>**and where possible one to one sessions**<br>**in gardens and outdoor space were**<br>**organised to enable individuals to**<br>**maintain their links.Families and careers**<br>**have let us know how important this**|
