Time To Say No is focused on raising awareness about mental health but also providing services to help people deal with their mental health in a nonclinical setting this may be through sports, arts & crafts, drama and other activities such as coffee mornings. We are based in the Portsmouth, Hampshire area.
Objects: 1. To Relieve The Needs And Promote The Health Of People Who Suffer From Mental Health Problems Through The Provision Of Counselling, Advice, And Programmes Of Sports, Drama, Music And Arts And Crafts. 2. To Advance The Education Of The General Public In All Areas Relating To Mental Health.
