TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE GENERAL PUBLIC IN ALL AREAS RELATING TO MENTAL HEALTH.

**Activities:** Time To Say No is focused on raising awareness about mental health but also providing services to help people deal with their mental health in a nonclinical setting this may be through sports, arts & crafts, drama and other activities such as coffee mornings. We are based in the Portsmouth, Hampshire area.
