In the CIO's sixth year of operation, donations totalling F500 were made to Imperial Health Charity (further designated for the Blood Fund); having been agreed by the trustees to be consistent with our object. This required us to deplete our reserves of working capital by approximately f300. |

| A formal grant-making policy is yet to be developed, but would be based |

| Fundraising events were not practicable during 2021, though we did |

| continue to sell of branded clothing. Insurance cover primarily relates to |

| the cycling training (see below), which according to our assessment is |

| the main risk. The trustees act as the main offlcers of the Fireflies |

| The CIO was able to attract over 40 members to join the "Fireflies Cycling |

| Club" which organises training for novice and improver cyclists enabling |
|||
| them to participate successfully and safely in endurance cycling events. |
