These are open to all people, without charge. The Minister in Other Appoinlment provides a Chaplaincy Service to the Local Hosptce. The Trustees have had regard to the Charity Commission's guidance on public benefft. Addltlonal dotalls of objectivos and activ5tles (Optional Inforn)atlon) Grant Making The Circuit Model Trust Fund contains the funds Irom the Bale of chapels antj manses and is restricted by the Methodist Conferencé. This restriction is an intemal regulation though the fund can be usèd for a variety of purposes. The Tru8te8s have drawn up a sel of ground rul6$ to ensure that grants made from the Clrcuit Model Trust Fund are used effeGtively for mission and capital work8. In conjunction with the Dislrict Safeguardlng Officer, the Circuit Safeguarding team has IMprneIed a range of safeguarding training and refresher training during ts year.
