The composition of the boord is kept under review and addilional appointmenls will be made should the need arise. All trustees are made aware of their responsibilities. The Trustees ore extremely grolefvl for her hard work and commitment over a number of years including during Ihe pandemic, which made the job extremely difficull. Afler o p￿10d of Iransition, we now have a new and experienced project lead who we ore confidenl will toke the project f<xward. Resldents We have hod approximolely 80% occuponcy throughout this financial year, wilh some new residents joining us and some moving on. This year we decided that it was time Ihat Ihe house was redecorated, so all the communal areas were pointed lo a really good standard. This is on investment that we Irusl will lost for some time. Flnanclal Revlew During the year the charity has received donations and other income omounting lo £45,488 and has incurred expenditure of £48.167. Reserves The Trustees seek lo hold odeqvate reserves to meel three months operoling costs equivalent lo obout £20.(yX).
