We are rebuilding our local signal box in Deeping St James to show the public how a working signal box used to operate in the mid 1900's, as well as giving talks about railway and local heritage. We will work in conjunction with local businesses and charities.
Objects: For The Public Benefit:-1)to Preserve And Protect The St James Deeping Signal Box For Use As A Heritage And Educational Centre; And2)to Advance Education In The Knowledge And Understanding Of Railway History And Heritage, Signalling, And Local History And Customs.
