Re¢ruilment of trust New trustees are appointed based on their character, experience and suitability for trusteeship of the charity. Investment Policy The investment policy is set by the board, taking account of the demand on frjnds. The overall policy is for low risk investment with maximum return. Financial Review The charity have made a deficrt this year due to lower nursery numbers. The trustees have reviewed and considered the financial impact of the charty and have conduded that they currently have sufficient reserves lo enable the charity lo continue as a going concern for the foreseeable future. BISHOPS TACHBROOK PRE-SCHOOL NURSERY NOTES TO THE RECEIPTS & PAYMENTS ACCOUNTS FOR THE YEAR TO 31 AUGUST 2025 Page 6 Accounting Policies The accounts have been prepared on the receipts and payments basis. The accounts comply with Seclion 144 of the Charitie$ Acl 2011. The trustees confirrn, in accordance with the Charitable Incorporated Organisations (Generall Regulations 2012, that at the year end the CIO not have any outstanding guaranlees to third parties nor any debts secured on assets of the CIO. On 1 September 2016, all assets were transferred from Bishops Tachbrook Pr&School Nursery Icharity number 10330161 to this CIO of the same name. Going Concem As well as the loss reported for the year and the reduction in the level of resetves available at the Balance Sheel dale, the Board remain confident Ihat Ihey have sufficient resources available to Ihem lo continue operaling for the foreseeable future and, specifically, for the ensuing 12 months from the date of approving these accounts. Lease commitment The Charity entered into a 15 year lease wrlh Bishops Tachbrook Church of England {Volunlary Controlled) Primary School in 2016. Transactions with trustees During the year, Mrs C Mann was paid £7,986 {2024 £8.0581 for accounlancy Servi$. No other Iruslee received expenses or remuneration during the year.
