1.1 The Board met once in this period – on 26 October 2023.

1.2 Our trustees continued to support the wider HLF Landscape Partnership Scheme (LPS) and Wonderful Woodlands Project. But generally the Trust was less active this year compared to previous years.

1.3 The CCLT website was maintained.

1.4 The Board was not able to recruit new trustees and fresh efforts are being made to do so.
